You can’t teach an old dog new tricks” is a saying I no longer believe, thanks to Shanon. Our Boston Terriers, Bruno and Buffy, are rescue dogs who are 8 and 4 years old. We rescued them in South Africa and brought them with us when we moved to London. Bruno carries a lot of aggression towards strangers and other dogs due to his previous upbringing where he was severely abused, resulting in him losing an eye. In South Africa, he was socialised with other dogs when we went to peoples houses, but we never really took them for long walks till we moved to London. so we really never noticed his aggression to other dogs. We always felt bad putting rules in place because of his past. But 5 months ago a friend told us about this amazing dog behaviourist, Shanon of course, and we thought let’s give it a chance. Shanon showed us how to implement a hierarchy, what rules to follow and how to calm Bruno’s aggression. His aggression towards other dogs and strangers has decreased drastically and all our friends and family are amazed at how much he has changed. I cannot thank Shanon enough, she has made a huge difference in our dogs lives in in our lives too. I highly recommend her work, dedication and talent and always remember: Consistency!

Shanon is the perfect dog trainer. She came in for four sessions to help us train our puppy cockapoo, giving us really useful advice that has made training so much easier and quicker. Her attitude towards us and our pup was very patient and loving, its clear that she adores dogs and knows what they’re thinking! Her advice has made owning a puppy so much more enjoyable. A++++

I was very nervous about having my baby with my dog in the house. it was my first baby and i was scared the dog would be jealouse of him. I contacted Shanon when I was ready to give up my dog, Rosie, because she was driving me crazy with all her hyperactive behaviour and constant barking barking barking! My son was devastated that I was going to give her away so as a last resort I found Allpawz and decided to give it a try. I was extremely lucky to find Shanon (Allpawz) before my puppy actually arrived. She gave us excellent tips on how to prepare for the big day. On the day of Zighy’s arrival Shanon was present to receive him which made it so much easier for us. Her understanding of canine behaviour is highly impressive.
